a.    San Mateo County Supervisor Jackie Speier will be holding a Town Hall at the San Bruno Recreation and Aquatic Center on March 13, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion, unless requested. Initiating Property Owner Notice and Protest Process as Required by Proposition 218 for an Increase to Garbage Rates Pursuant to the Agreement for Solid Waste Collection Services with Recology San Bruno, Effective July 1, 2025

Approving a Second Amendment to the Amended and Restated Solid Waste Collection Services Agreement Between the City of San Bruno and Recology San Bruno


g.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Approving Final Map and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Improvement Agreement for the Highland Ridge Project at 850 Glenview Drive

h.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution:

 


Approving the Design of the Sweeney Ridge Emergency Water Main Rehabilitation Project;

Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Golden Bay Construction, Inc for the Sweeney Ridge Emergency Water Main Rehabilitation Project in the amount not to exceed $1,445,200;

Approving a Construction Contingency of $217,000; and

Determining the Project is Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act

 

.    Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement for Consultant Services with Robert Half for Temporary Contractual Staffing Services for Various City Departments in an Amount not to Exceed $299,000

a.    Continue the Public Hearing to Consider Adoption, Reading by Title Only and Waiving a Further Reading of an Ordinance Entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Adopting by Reference Chapter 4.98 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code (Tobacco Retailer Permit); Repealing and Replacing in its Entirety San Bruno Municipal Code Chapter

6.52 (Tobacco Retailer Permit) in Connection with such Adoption; and Finding the Amendment Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act” to April 8, 2025
