Update: Crestmoor High School Site Housing Project |
Work
on the housing development at the former Crestmoor High School site
continues. Currently, crews are completing the last of the demolition
of the buildings; all structures are down and most of the debris has
been hauled away. The focus next will be on breaking up the massive
building foundations; this will be the loudest part of the project and
the team estimates completing it in approximately two weeks. Once that
is complete, they will move on to digging up the old utilities and
removing the pavement on the road through the site. That work should
take about another month with the goal of starting grading of the site
by April 1st. I
will continue to stay in touch with the developer and provide periodic
updates. For any questions, concerns or issues, please email CrestmoorInfo@tollbrothers.com. |
