“My name is Matt Pi, the construction manager for the Aves 2-1 &
2-2 Project. We apologize for any inconvenience the construction is
causing, but we’re doing our best to try to reduce the amount of time
the construction crew is in front of anybody’s home to limit the
impacts to your home’s access.
If you have any additional questions, concerns, or complaints, I
recommend reaching out to me directly so I can provide

More info… Informational Webpage for Avenues 2-1 and 2-2 Sewer and Water Main Replacement Project
The City has launched a new informational webpage dedicated to the
Avenues 2-1 and 2-2 Sewer and Water Main Replacement Project, now
available under the Capital Improvement Projects section of the City
website
https://www.sanbruno.ca.gov/2197/Avenues-2-1-and-2-2-Sewer-Water-Main-Rep
This resource was developed to provide residents with clear and
accessible updates on the City’s large utility infrastructure
construction efforts underway.
The webpage includes key project information; construction projection,
project contract information, and answers to frequently asked questions
developed from resident inquires and neighbors that joined project
community meeting held on January 29, 2025. In alignment with the
City Council’s initiative to strengthen community engagement and
outreach, this platform is part of a broader effort to improve
transparency and keep residents informed as the City upgrades critical
water and sewer infrastructure in their neighborhood.”
